The owner of Super Blinds Mart has been involved in the blinds industry for more than 40 years and the company itself is run by equally dedicated family members.

  • How do I place an order?

    First step is to measure the window frame where a blind is required. Then, using our site select from venetian, roller, roman etc. for the style of blind you desire. Once you have selected a style of blind, you enter the measurements for price.

    The next step is to choose any options for the particular blind which might be colour or operating side etc.

    Lastly ‘add to cart’ to put the item into your shopping cart – if you are finished shopping you may proceed to ‘checkout’ or can continue shopping. The cart view will display the products selected, the checkout process involves entering your shipping and payment details. An order confirmation will arrive in your specified email address.

  • Is my personal information kept private and safe?

    Super Blinds Mart will not pass your information on to third parties for external marketing purposes and does not work in conjunction with any related companies who may want your personal information for reasons beyond the scope of completing your transaction with Super Blinds Mart.

  • Are samples available before ordering?

    Yes. Colour swatches and samples on our range of blinds and curtains can be ordered, we know how difficult a decision it can be matching the right blinds and curtains with your existing decor. That’s why you can order FREE samples of any colour and fabric we have available so you can get a feel for the level of quality in our blinds and curtains.

  • Do you offer a measure and installation service?

    No. Super Blinds Mart is able to offer premium quality blinds at a substantial saving preventing measurement or installation services. We hope that the information provided throughout our site such as the How to Measure section will assist our customers in these areas.

  • Can I return my blinds?

    Only manufacturer defects in blinds will be accepted under our Return Policy.

    If colour choice, wrong measurement or style of blind is an issue, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns. We strongly advise the ordering of samples for colour matching and a careful measurement of the blind’s location to avoid issues.

  • Are your blinds child safe?

    Super Blinds Mart products abide by Australian Safety Standards with installation materials and information or warning labels to reduce blind and curtain cord hazards. For more information on blind and curtain safety please visit Product Safety Australia.

  • When will my blinds be delivered?

    Our blinds are shipped via interstate courier to get your blinds delivered as fast as possible – depending on the products you have ordered, delivery times will vary.

    For Samples, Curtains and Accessories delivery is between 3-5 days.

    For ReadyMade Blinds delivery is 5-7 business days

    Custom blinds will arrive 15-21 business days from order date.

    For Rainbow, Shadow, Vitrom & Mono Venetians, delivery is 25-30 Business Days.

    Orders will be provided with a tracking code so you can trace your shipment with the courier company.

  • Where are your vertical blinds and curtains made?

    At Super Blinds Mart, we offer both Australian Made and Imported Blinds & Curtains. Both ranges are custom made to your sizes from scratch.

  • Do vertical blinds online come with a warranty?

    Yes, a 5 year limited warranty applies to parts & workmanship. We do not cover against abuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.

  • How do I install my vertical blind?

    All our products come with easy installation guides so you can have your new vertical blinds installed in just minutes. If you would like to look at the installation instructions or misplaced your blinds instruction you can download or print from our Installation page.

  • What child safety procedures do you have in place for your products?

  • What happens if my vertical blind fabric is out of stock?

    If your choice of vertical blind fabric is out of stock, you will be advised of a new delivery date or an alternative fabric choice. It may be worth considering a back-up option in advance in case your chosen blind isn’t available for an extended period of time – order free samples to help with the decision making process.

  • How do I clean vertical blinds?

    Vertical Blinds can be wiped with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use any type of detergent to clean your blind as this may damage or stain the blind. Do not oil or lubricate any part of the blind.
