Warranty Centre

Every product sold by Super Blinds Mart comes with its own manufacturers’ warranty. In most cases this warranty is for a period of 5 years and covers product imperfections and manufacturing faults. Super Blinds Mart also extend this warranty to include goods damaged by shipping whilst in transit from our warehouse to your advised delivery address. Whilst we hope you will never need to use our Warranty Centre, you can have peace of mind in knowing that Super Blinds Mart are here to assist you every step of the way in the event that you do.

Super Blinds Mart makes every endeavour to ensure the quality of our product and that our customers are happy with the product that they receive.

Super Blinds Mart provide a 60 month (five year starting from 1st May 2017 orders before that date have a two year warranty) warranty on products listed on the Super Blinds Mart website from the date of original purchase unless otherwise stated.

Super Blinds Mart warranty excludes product fading, malicious damage, misuse, product that has been removed from the original delivery address, product that has been altered or tampered with in any way from its original delivered condition.

Return of product under warranty must be arranged by the customer. All costs associated with the return of the product must in the first instance be borne by the customer until such time as Super Blinds Mart can assess the claim. If deemed a reasonable warranty claim, Super Blinds Mart will replace or repair the product and return by courier to the original customer.

Product deemed defective by a customer must be advised to Super Blinds Mart within two working days of receipt of delivery (copies of shipping/postage documentation will be required) using the appropriate support email address located on the Super Blinds Mart contact us page
